Order Changes & Cancellations
At Melitza, we understand that customers may occasionally need to update an order after checkout. If you need to cancel an order or request a change, please contact us as soon as possible after your purchase.
Because our fulfillment process begins quickly, requests are handled based on the current stage of processing. Once an order enters packing or has been transferred to a shipping carrier, certain modifications may no longer be available.
We always make reasonable efforts to assist with eligible requests in a timely and professional manner.

What Can Be Changed
If your order has not yet been shipped, we may be able to assist with one or more of the following changes:
- Shipping address corrections
- Name or contact detail updates
- Size or color adjustments when stock is available
- Item additions or removals
- Full order cancellation
All change requests are subject to inventory availability, payment verification, and processing status at the time of review.
When Changes May Not Be Possible
Once an order has entered final packing, shipping label creation, or carrier pickup, updates may no longer be possible. This helps prevent shipping delays and ensures order accuracy.
If a change cannot be completed before shipment, customers may still review available options after delivery under our Return & Refund Policy, when eligible.

Cancellation Requests
If your order has not shipped, cancellation requests may be approved and any eligible refund will be processed back to the original payment method. If shipment has already occurred, cancellation may no longer be available.
Approved refunds are generally processed according to our standard refund timeline.
How to Request a Change
- Contact our Store Information team promptly.
- Provide your order number and request details.
- Include any corrected address, size, or item information.
- Wait for confirmation from our team before assuming changes are completed.
Submitting complete details helps us review your request more efficiently.
Incorrect Shipping Address
If you entered an incorrect shipping address, please contact us immediately. We may be able to correct the address before dispatch. Once the package has shipped, address changes depend on carrier capabilities and may not always be possible.
