Returned merchandise should be in original condition, unworn, unwashed, and free from damage beyond normal inspection. Items should be returned with original tags, accessories, and packaging whenever available. This helps our team complete inspections quickly and process your request without unnecessary delay.

Once the returned item is received and approved after inspection, refunds are typically completed within 10 business days. We do not charge restocking fees, hidden handling fees, or return processing fees. Our goal is to keep the process fair, clear, and customer-friendly.

If an item is returned outside the return window or arrives in a condition inconsistent with our eligibility requirements, the request may be reviewed individually and may not qualify for a standard refund.
