How do I place an order?

Can I cancel or change my order?

Orders are typically processed within 1 business day. Standard transit time is usually 2–6 business days, for an estimated total delivery time of 3–7 business days.

How much is shipping?

We currently offer a flat shipping rate of $5.99 for eligible domestic orders.

Which carriers do you use?

Depending on destination and logistics efficiency, orders may ship with USPS, UPS, or FedEx.

Do you ship internationally?

At this time, we currently ship within the United States only.

Tracking

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you may receive a confirmation email with tracking details. Please allow time for the carrier to update scans.

My tracking has not updated. What should I do?

Tracking updates can occasionally take time after label creation. If no movement appears after a reasonable period, contact us for assistance.

Returns & Refunds

Eligible returns may be requested within 30 days of delivery.

How long do refunds take?

Approved refunds are typically completed within up to 10 business days after return approval.

Are there return fees?

No. We do not charge restocking or return processing fees.
