Order Processing

At Melitza, we understand that fast and dependable shipping is an important part of your shopping experience. Once an order is placed through our store, it enters our processing system where payment is verified, inventory is confirmed, and your selected products are prepared for dispatch. Our standard handling time is 1 business day.

Orders placed before the daily cut-off time are typically prepared the same business day whenever possible. Orders submitted after the cut-off time, during weekends, or on recognized holidays will begin processing on the next business day. Every package is carefully packed to help ensure your jackets, t-shirts, skirts, and other apparel items arrive in excellent condition.

We aim to maintain efficient operations year-round. During high-demand seasons, promotional events, or unexpected carrier volume increases, slight processing extensions may occur. If that happens, we continue working quickly and professionally to dispatch your package as soon as possible.

Cut-off Time Explanation

Our daily shipping cut-off time is 5:00 PM (EST), Monday through Friday. Orders placed before this time are generally included in the current business day processing queue. Orders placed after the cut-off time will normally begin processing on the following business day.

For example, if an order is placed Friday evening after the cut-off time, processing would typically begin on Monday. This structure allows our team to maintain order accuracy and reliable dispatch standards.

Helpful Note: Ordering before the daily cut-off time may help your package move into shipment sooner.

Shipping Carriers

To provide dependable nationwide delivery service, Melitza works with established shipping partners. Orders may be shipped using one of the following carriers based on destination, package size, and logistics efficiency:

Carrier selection is determined internally to help ensure the best available shipping route and service level for your order.

Tracking Information

Once your order has been packed and handed to the carrier, a shipping confirmation email will be sent to the email address entered during checkout. This confirmation may include tracking details that allow you to follow your package during transit.

Please allow time for the carrier to scan the package into its network. In some cases, tracking information may not update immediately after the shipping label is created.

Delivery Issues

Lost Packages

If a package appears stalled for an extended period or marked delivered but cannot be located, please first check around your property, mailbox, reception desk, neighbors, or household members. If the package remains missing, contact us so we can review the shipment status with you.

Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address during checkout. If an incorrect address is entered, delivery delays, return shipments, or additional charges may occur. Please contact us immediately if you notice an address mistake after placing your order.

Order Changes / Cancellation

If you need to modify or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible after purchase. Because orders are processed quickly, requests can only be accommodated before shipment preparation is completed.

Once an order has been dispatched, changes such as address edits, item swaps, or cancellations may no longer be possible. We recommend reviewing all order details carefully before submitting checkout.

International Shipping

At this time, Melitza does not offer international shipping. Orders are currently available for delivery within the United States only. If international service becomes available in the future, shipping destinations and rates will be updated accordingly.
